I walked into Kia looking to purchase a car. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and to say my experience wasn’t the best is an understatement. It was a very uncomfortable experien This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and to say my experience wasn’t the best is an understatement. It was a very uncomfortable experience as I was shown nothing in the car I purchased more was it cleaned. The vehicle I purchased had tags from the previous owner inside and trash in the pockets the car windows weren’t clean nor did I feel comfortable asking them to take care of any of these concerns. I was a bit uneasy through the whole process and had left my card behind and when I returned a boy has told me “ You left your card behind” and scuffed. The men on the floor were rude as was the manager when I had asked to speak to him. Way to make a young female uncomfortable. I’ll never purchase from the dealer or any of their fellow dealers again. Taken care of? More like they made a sale and pushed me out of the door. Again would like to stress how rude the manifest was. More
