Unfortunately, Patrick Subaru did not provide good service to me or my vehicle as stated by the service director. I had made an appointment for 7:15 am, however, they wanted to keep my vehicle for tw service to me or my vehicle as stated by the service director. I had made an appointment for 7:15 am, however, they wanted to keep my vehicle for two days because they didn’t get around to diagnosing until late in the day (8 hours later). I wasn’t able to get it fixed and had to make additional arrangements. Not sure why I was last in their list as my appointment was scheduled for 7:15 am. I was very pleasant and friendly so I’m unsure way I was not respected or treated unfairly. More

I just want to give a shout out to John in the service dept. He is knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful whenever there is a question. He is always patient when this layman asks questions about dept. He is knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful whenever there is a question. I usually avoid going to dealerships to buy vehicles due to shady sales people and arrogant finance managers, but I must say my experience at Patrick motors was incredible, from the 1st phone call I receive to shady sales people and arrogant finance managers, but I must say my experience at Patrick motors was incredible, from the 1st phone call I received from your representative that set me up with my appointment with Al Pagliarulo , Al is a great salesman that listened to us and never made us feel pressured to buy a vehicle but gave us many options, All your associates that we dealt with could not have been anymore professional and really represent your dealership well, I will definitely buy all my vehicles from you in the future and I will tell everybody that I talk to what a great experience we had.
