I went to Walters on 9/21/13 looking to purchase a Panamera. I walked into the dealership and met John Beech who greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. I felt very comfortable right there. I let him know that I was on a trek today and that I was probably going to put quite a few miles on my truck because i anticipated on also visiting Porsche in San Diego then Porsche of Long Beach and it that would make it a full loop since I live in Los Alamitos. Anyways, I told him hopefully that I wont have to drive any farther than here. John is friendly, down to earth, no pressure sales, knowledgeable and boy can he DRIVE.. we took the Panamera for a test drive and believe me what a thrill. John and I had a few things in common as I got to know him throughout the day. To keep it short, the sales transaction from John Beech to Frank the sales manager to Jason the finance manager is top notch and made for a great experience with excellent customer service. I ended up purchasing the Panamera and am I a satisfied customer? You bet! Thanks gentlemen! I will definitely be referring you and will also be back for the next one... Best regards, Al Ohara More

My experience at this dealership was definitely a unique experience. I have been to many dealerships throughout my life (for personal, family or friendship matters), and this one is by far the best experien experience. I have been to many dealerships throughout my life (for personal, family or friendship matters), and this one is by far the best experience I have had. I felt no pressure, in any way, the moment I stepped on the lot. A typical dealership will pressure you into purchasing a car and not let you leave the lot empty handed. This is by far not what I experienced at Walter’s Porsche dealership. Our salesman/brand ambassador, John Beech, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable in the type and model of the car I purchased. I did extensive research on the car I wanted before going, and he answered every question correctly and even taught me things I did not know. During the test drive, discussing finances, orientating me to my Porsche and releasing the keys to my car, he maintained his professionalism, calm demeanor and friendliness. He made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to have refreshments and snacks readily available. Everyone we encountered that day was also friendly, down to earth yet professional. Thanks for a memorable experience. More

He did everything he could to make our transaction as smooth as possible, and I have a high level of confidence that I can reach out to him and to Walter's in the event I need to contact them in the future. Their prices are very competitive, and they have the kind of niche cars in stock that really appeal to a long time Porsche enthusiast. John was also very on top of his product information, and was very helpful during the demonstration and delivery process. There just weren't any stumbles at all on this transaction, and it made it very worthwhile to drive an hour and a half from home to close my deal at Walter's. From the moment we walked in, we were at ease and the customer service was second to none. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, John respected our space and didn't pressure us in the least. Even when there was quite literally another interested party standing and waiting for us to leave so they could pick up the car, John never rushed us or pushed us to make a decision. My mother ended up settling on a 2014 Cayman Guards Red and she couldn't be more pleased. Our entire family highly recommends Walter's Porsche and John in particular. We didn't view him as someone trying to pull the blinds over our eyes just to make a sale; rather, he was open and honest. The entire transaction was pleasant and quick and they nailed the price we had in our head. They deserve 5 star ratings in all categories. Go with Walter's Porsche and John Beech.
