Arlen and Ferrando Ford have always treated me like family. This week I was stressed when I found that I needed all four tie rods replaced before my holiday vacation road trip in less than 24 hours. N family. This week I was stressed when I found that I needed all four tie rods replaced before my holiday vacation road trip in less than 24 hours. No otgee garage could get me in. I called Fernando and got Arlen on the phone. I explained my situation and he checked to see if he could get the rods. When he found that he could get them first thing the next morning he made it work for me. Without Arlen and Ferrando Ford I would not have made Thanksgiving in the Poconos with my family this year. Thank you both so much for making my situation your own. More
