Wouldn’t even help with replacing the defective seatbelt Submitted but could have stated the dealership could help somehow after spending over $100.000 this year 2024. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 30 years and another 25 before that my father dealt with this dealership. We are a Ford family. I personally have purchased 4 new vehicles over the year years and another 25 before that my father dealt with this dealership. We are a Ford family. I personally have purchased 4 new vehicles over the years and they have been outstanding in dependability. The last sale for me was in September 2024 and I purchased a 2024 Bronco Big Bend. It is a great vehicle. This past year we had over 4 feet of snow and the Bronco walked through it. I appreciate the sales staff of Shawn Haas and Todd Kroh. The service manager of John Barney and his associates are top notch. SO over all: Sales, service and a dependable product makes Fernando Ford the best. Still want to meet Bob Jr. someday. More
