I would give 0 stars if I could. 7/7/24. We go in ready to purchase a used Audi A4 that we saw on the website, cash. We were told it hadn't been through smog or safety but it was s 7/7/24. We go in ready to purchase a used Audi A4 that we saw on the website, cash. We were told it hadn't been through smog or safety but it was still being advertised. We were able to view the car and there were no issues, no check engine light on on the dash. We were ready to purchase and they continued to try to put us into lease, even after being told numerous times that we did not want a lease. The GSM John would not give us numbers on a cash deal without running our credit. It took 4 back and forth with the salesman and us ready to leave for him to give us the price of the car + 10%. We get into finance and sign our contract. Told that we can pick up 7/10/24. 7/10/24 we check in in the morning and are told the car passed smog and safety, we could pick up by 4pm. By 2pm we are told they can no longer sell us the car. We are told 3 different stories, essentially they didn't make enough money on the deal. When we continued to question them we were told : 1) the car couldn't pass smog (even though a few hours prior it had passed smog) 2) the Check engine light came on after they put gas in the car and the fault code was for the camshaft sensor 3) the engine was blown they were going to send it to wholesale. At this point we are owners of the car, full payment sent to them and received through wire transfer and have contract in hand. They refuse to let us see the car in person again, refuse to give us the fault code and essentially refuse to give us any solid proof that there was an issue with the vehicle. The vehicle was a white Audi A4 2014 VIN : WAUAFAL8EN026721 the selling price was 11k. Beware if the car is placed back onto their website for sale. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Please save yourself the headache and drive a little extra to deal with a better dealership. More

Buyers beware! ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experie ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experience l've ever had. The sales and service departments are very shady and full of lies. They sold me a car that they claimed passed a smog check until a few weeks later the DMV called and said they can't register the vehicle because something is suspicious with the smog paperwork come to find out after the dealer had my car for over two weeks, trying to smog it, there is an issue with the computer not reading the 02 sensor monitors and they were unable to figure it out. I tried to give them time to fix it, but got fed up and demanded my money back and for them to unwind the contract. After I finally got my money back then they tried to pressure me into buying a brand new Honda and I told them I would never buy a vehicle from the dealer because they are very shady and untrustworthy and I will be reporting them to the DMV and the bureau of automotive repairs. Don't make the mistake like I did in dealing with this dealer go to rock Honda or another dealer. Now they are trying to re-sell it without updating the carfax. More
