I can count on one hand how many times I’ve left a review when asked. This time however I felt that it was earned, tenfold. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and if you’re anything l when asked. This time however I felt that it was earned, tenfold. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and if you’re anything like me, you dread going to the dealership because you have to sit in those awful uncomfortable chairs for hours on end haggling prices and going back and forth. This experience was nothing like that, whatsoever. They made the experience so fast and easy, I was kind of shocked. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from this location, most of which with the same salesperson, Ales Olecky. I’ll start with the buying experience! I found the vehicle online that I was interested in, booked an appointment to go look at it and get my wife’s opinion. After missing my first appointment, I WASN’T harassed by 50 different calls and emails!! I just calmly, on my own terms scheduled another appointment…crazy, I know. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was right up front so my wife and I could look at it without the pressure of a salesman breathing down our necks telling me some crazy story about this car which lazily teeters on lying. We looked the vehicle over and talked about it until we were ready. We walked into the dealership to find Ales Olecky. Ales greeted us with a handshake and warmness you only find in the kindest people. He asked about our family and life, offered us a drink and got immediately to work, trying to get me the best deal possible. After a few back and forth walks to the finance office and one or two follow up questions, we got right into numbers. I didn’t feel I needed to go back and forth at all with him. This dealership gives the best trade offers out their. They are fair and often times more than other dealerships. This isn’t an uninformed opinion, I brought my car to 2 other dealerships. The offer I got from them was minimum $1,000 less than what Leith would do for us. The dread of waiting around and going back and forth until, somehow, all the other customers are gone, the sun has gone down, you’re starving from sitting around all day and it’s well past closing time, IS OVER! My wife and I spent less than 2 hours from pulling in to being on the road again with a new vehicle! There is a lot to be said about a car dealership or any business for that matter that values your time as much as the people over at Leith BMW. Now for my Sales person - Ales Olecky! My family and I have been working with Ales for many years. He is the most genuine, kind hearted individual we’ve ever had the absolute pleasure of working with. Ales knows that people don’t want to spend all day shopping for a car (although they probably wouldn’t mind hanging out with him all day, I know we wouldn’t!). He cares about people, and makes sure that when you sign that paper that you are walking away with peace of mind. He makes sure that days from now you aren’t wondering how you got yourself into this mess but rather, you are very happily writing a review, for the first time in your life, praising him! From the moment we shook his hand it felt like he was more interested in how we were doing than how much money was on the table. My wife and I jokingly have said that we don’t know where we’re going to buy a car once Ales retires, and although their may be some truth to that, we know we will be going to Leith BMW. Leith BMW has continually demonstrated a kindness and respect to myself and my family for many years. They’ve shown us an integrity that is hard to find in any business these days but especially in car dealerships. Leith will use any and all resources to help its customers and make sure they are satisfied and feel they made the right decision. More

The experience at BMW of Raleigh with Greg Fielding was great! He was very professional and attentive to my husband’s and my concerns about every aspect of this used car. He was very knowledgeable of this great! He was very professional and attentive to my husband’s and my concerns about every aspect of this used car. He was very knowledgeable of this Acura RDX and had everything checked out by the service department before purchasing. The service department did a wonderful job freshening up the car, putting on new tires and cleaning small amounts of paint on the car. It was like brand new when we received it! All was arranged over the phone... all with the intent of making me, the customer, pleased with the experience. I was during the sales process, the delivery process and the posst-delivery follow-up by Greg. Just wish I knew just how all the apps (and there are many) work, Fabulous vehicle!
