We were passed around to multiple people and everything took forever. Nobody was ever on the same page with pricing. Manager was super salesy and condescending. Attempted to over charge us for brake pads, a battery, and a coolant leak. Got lower quotes at two other places. Terrible communication. Did not call or contact after car had been assessed.
