As with any team, you’re only as good as the players (and the chemistry of the players) on the field. This analogy brings me to my final point. You have a service advisor named Winfred James. This young man is the consummate professional. He does his job with honesty, integrity, grace and compassion. Not only have I’ve dealt with him regarding my vehicle, I’ve watched him diffuse some pretty tenuous situations. He is the embodiment of professionalism and one of the main reasons my next Nissan will be purchased from GUNN. More
