Dan and nick helped me when I had an issue with the truck I bought. The salesman John Albany said it was all wheel drive when I bought bit it wasn’t. Only downside was John Albany said I couldn’t get the same color I had picked first they didn’t have it. I really loved the light blue maverick I had first. But at least I know have the all wheel drive I was supposed to have in the beginning. More

2024 F150 Raptor 802-37 package Salesman-John I had been looking the Raptors for a couple of months. Then Ganley advertised a "NEW" Raptor at $8k off MSRP. So I go look at it only to find out it was a been looking the Raptors for a couple of months. Then Ganley advertised a "NEW" Raptor at $8k off MSRP. So I go look at it only to find out it was a demo with 5k miles on it! Ooohkay-a sleazy bait and switch but I loved the truck so I bought it. All went smooth until I got the truck back after Ziebart undercoating (Middleburg Hts location) which was part of the deal. I did no other negotiating regarding the price or any addons. I was told the truck would be detailed inside and out-twice. Once during the sale and again after trip #1. Trip #1 (after sale) I could not believe what I was seeing! Ziebart did NOT wash the underbody before the coating. I found several spots where they sprayed over mud and dirt. They missed about a foot across the whole back of the bed, above spare tire wasn't touched and many places missed as if they only sprayed in one direction. I also found the front skid plate scratched under streaks of black grease. A 3/16 chip on the front modular bumper that was not there when I bought it. I was told it would be taken care of. Detailing wasn't done. Trip #2 Took it back to Ziebart again as I was told to do. Much better, but still some minor spots missed that I took care of myself. When I picked up the truck again from Ganley, I found that they wiped off most of the grease-but no touch up or even buffed out the skid plate. The chip on the bumper was touched up as if a little kid put it on. Again-I'll take of that myself with a little bit of buffing-and the right color this time. Detailing wasn't done-again!. I told the manager about it when I picked it up the 2nd time (John wasn't in that day) So I called "John" the next day who said to bring it back in again in for detailing (3rd trip). Me: "who does the detailing?" John: "Ziebart". (they had the truck twice-why was'nt it done then) Me: "I don't want Ziebart anywhere near this truck". John "I am bending over backwards for you and I'll have to get you a price if it's done through the dealership" xxx? Me: "Never mind-I'll have it detailed myself. John-mumbled something then hung up. I'd would like to know how he bent over backwards. Why was the detailing not getting done somehow my fault? Why was me expecting the scratches on the skid plate and bumper chip to be fixed my fault? All he had to do was make sure that what he said would get done got done. At that point I was done with Ganley. After the sale it seemed they were done with me. Haven't talked to anyone at this dealer since and will have any scheduled maintenance done at Liberty Ford where I have bought at least a dozen new personnel and company vehicles with ZERO issues. As a side note-They lost a sale of a Mustang Dark Horse ($92k) my son just bought from another dealer after hearing about all of this. More

I received an email from salesman John Albany a few weeks ago letting me know that my regular salesperson had retired and that he was available if I had any questions. I was at the dealership 7/31 to servic ago letting me know that my regular salesperson had retired and that he was available if I had any questions. I was at the dealership 7/31 to service one of my vehicles. After checking in woth service, I went to introduce myself to John. We talked about future vehicle needs and was very professional. He did share with me details on a model I was interested in and what they had in stock. John was very informative and treated me with respect through the entire experience. There was zero pressure and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I was extremely impressed with John Albany and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. More
