The Lithia Subaru SERVICE department is great.
Michael has been our regular advisor, but on our last visit Jonathan really did a great job, too.
They've both made a point of referencing the CPO

They've both made a point of referencing the CPO extended warranty, offering worthwhile guidance while steering clear of the kind of upselling that other dealerships get a bad rep for.
Again, the SERVICE team is A+, in my opinion.
My last interaction with the sales side was lacking, the sales manager (Frank) was borderline combative, and, as a clear indication of our experience, we ultimately bought our car at Capitol Subaru in San Jose.
All that said, my wife loves her Forester and I'm content with the SERVICE team.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. In most cases we accommodate walk in appointments through our Express Service. However some days we do get quite busy and our express service can get backed up several hours, depending on the number of walk in, or availability of staff. We do appricate your business and try our best to not having to turn away customers.
