The Lithia Subaru SERVICE department is great. Michael has been our regular advisor, but on our last visit Jonathan really did a great job, too. They've both made a point of referencing the CPO Michael has been our regular advisor, but on our last visit Jonathan really did a great job, too. They've both made a point of referencing the CPO extended warranty, offering worthwhile guidance while steering clear of the kind of upselling that other dealerships get a bad rep for. Again, the SERVICE team is A+, in my opinion. My last interaction with the sales side was lacking, the sales manager (Frank) was borderline combative, and, as a clear indication of our experience, we ultimately bought our car at Capitol Subaru in San Jose. All that said, my wife loves her Forester and I'm content with the SERVICE team. More

The Service department employee I worked with was nice and prompt with good customer service. If you’re going to do express oil change call prior because the times always change when they take the last ca and prompt with good customer service. Also, don’t even bother complaining because the service manager doesn’t respond to you. Parts department is prompt and great customer service. Over a 4 star rating. More
