Friendly and informative staff, but not accurate with time frame estimate of service. They told me my service would be about an hour and a half, I even had a scheduled appointment prior to bringing in my time frame estimate of service. They told me my service would be about an hour and a half, I even had a scheduled appointment prior to bringing in my vehicle, but ended up waiting almost 4 hours. I was checked in with once, but was radio silent after that first check in and when asked about how much more time, they said it shouldn't be too much longer, only for me to wait 3 more hours for my vehicle. The comfort level of working with the same team time and again and, who has taken the time to know me is something that isn’t common place in a business today. Thank you, Tommy, Dan and Jake for always looking out for me! I could not be happier with the service I received and, my new Subie. I have trust in the team I work with.
