Bought a 2010 terrain had a bumping in the frount end Went back to dealership with engine noise they rebuilt the engine witch was great but picked it up and the vehicle still had noise in the front end . Best Dealership Experience Ever! This was my first visit to Harry Robinson GMC but will not be my last! We stopped by on a Sunday after church expecting them to be closed so we could This was my first visit to Harry Robinson GMC but will not be my last! We stopped by on a Sunday after church expecting them to be closed so we could avoid those "high pressure" sales vultures. To our surprise, they were open. After we stopped the vehicle and got out, Joey Thomas casually strolled up. I instinctively tensed up expecting the typical sales pitches to begin. Joey was not the typical salesman and quickly put me at ease with his courteous professionalism and vehicle knowledge. He respected my position of "just looking" and provided all the info I needed to make my purchase later that evening. I am totally satisfied with my new GMC truck and expect to do business with them in the future. More
