Thank you for your feedback. I'll address each of the issues as you have listed. When we handled the title it was clean. If it had not been clean a disclosure would have been made to you, and it would have required your signature before purchase. Just as you had the vehicle registered in your name & didn't know. We saw the same title information you did and we didn’t know. We weren't aware there was an issue with the vehicle until you brought it to our attention, and we immediately began working on a solution that would help you. We were happy to trade you even for $11,000. (We actually gave you $12,000.) You're correct we had two staff members looking for a vehicle to suit your needs as we did not have any vehicles on the lot for $11,000. We looked for several weeks as you drove the vehicle, and were happy to keep looking until we found what you were looking for. You decided on a truck that was 6 years newer and had 46,000 miles less on it than the 2008. There are a lot of trustworthy dealerships out there. We’re one too, as it is our pleasure and the expectation on ourselves to always do the right thing. I don't think it can be argued that the right thing in this situation was to trade even for a $25,000 truck. We did what we could to help you, to make you happy, and to show you we were willing to do what it takes to keep you as a customer. It did not help us to have a manager and a salesperson searching for you a vehicle, to take your truck back and to try to sell a vehicle with a total loss title. The gentleman who bought your truck was made aware and signed the disclosure that I spoke to above, because we are honest with everyone in our dealings and would never hide something we knew from a customer. I'm sorry you're upset and glad for your feedback. We are always looking for ways we can help improve our customer’s experiences especially when something unforeseen as this comes up. Thank you. *I include this to give you peace of mind about the nature of the “total” (which sounds bad, I know I’d freak out too if I didn’t know the facts). It’s the professional opinion of our body shop manager that the total was from the cost of the repair as there was no structural damage to the vehicle, but there was a full new paint job. He believes it was hail damage.

Mr. Bennett, I'm sorry we were unable to make you happy. Amanda and Jeremy really worked hard to deliver to your expectations. Although you chose not to buy an extended warranty and brought the vehicle back to us after 8 months and 10, 000 miles we made the repair on your initial complaint and provided a vehicle for you to drive while we worked on yours. It was over $450 and at no cost to you. When you came back with an additional complaint we diagnosed it for free and offered you employee pricing on the repair. I am sorry you are in need of repairs on your vehicle. This is why buying an extended warranty is so very important. I'm sorry we couldn't do more for you and I'm really sorry you feel that it's because you are older or have a disability because that is simply untrue. We try to take the very best care of every customer. I apologize for failing in your case & hope you will continue to use our service department, and maybe someday we can earn back your business in sales too. Thank you so much for your feedback.

My response is your dealership said they would fix the problem in the front end the day we bought it . the front should have been fixed and it was not. And your company wanted to charge me for something that was should have been fixed.so your company did not stand good on their word. So we were riped off. Milford Bennett
