I am very pleased with my most recent service experience as I usually am after my car is serviced at Island Acura. Ryan Shim, the service manager, was extremely helpful with informing me of the services my as I usually am after my car is serviced at Island Acura. Ryan Shim, the service manager, was extremely helpful with informing me of the services my car will need at my next mileage checkup. He takes the time to explain things so that you clearly understand why a particular service needs to be performed. He is also very pleasant to speak to on my visits :) Joey Robinson, I cannot say enough nice things about. I have known Joey for many years and on my service appointments I always present him with a list of maintenance services I would like addressed on my RDX and he informs me if they are necessary to be addressed now or can wait upon my next checkup. Joey has always gone above and beyond to insure that I am completely happy and that he has addressed all of my concerns and that my RDX will remain in tip top running condition for many years. I have been a loyal customer since 1992 and have not taken my Acura vehicles anywhere else for my servicing and maintenance needs. Island Acura provides me with peace of mind and I trust that my vehicle will always receive the best servicing possible. At Island Acura, customer satisfaction is ALWAYS #1. More

In 1994 I purchased my first Acura from Island Acura. Since then, every car but one, for both me and my wife, came from Island. I scheduled a 9:15 appointment with the service center for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to resc for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to reschedule it for me. In addition, the gentleman that was checking in his car next to me was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. We were having the same service done with the exception of him having an inspection. I am disappointed in the service I received. More

Joseph Robinson in the service department ensures that our vehicles are always maintained to the highest standards. The customer care and service provided by these gentlemen is a major reason that we remain Island Acura customers. More
