Joey saved me from a bad situation on another Kia lot. He genuinely wanted to get me into the vehicle I needed versus trying to force a car on me out of my price range and budget which was what I was deal He genuinely wanted to get me into the vehicle I needed versus trying to force a car on me out of my price range and budget which was what I was dealing with at the other Kia location. He spent hours explaining the cost breakdown to me and making sure I was in full understanding which was my main goal going into the whole experience because I’ve never leased a car before. Additionally, I loved that he had the car pulled up and ready for me to see when I arrived. Zero waiting. He also was not overbearing whatsoever throughout the process. We had been looking for a specific model, color, trim, and options for Kia for over a month. Finally found what we wanted at Kia of Carson. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and competent. We came in the next day. The place is clean. Our salesman even offered us water. Purchasing was quick considering all the paperwork. We did not finance which made it even quicker. They didn't offer KBB value for our trade-in but we didn't feel like negotiating. In and out in about 2 hours with a brand new Wolf Gray 2023 Sorento. They have been following up to see how we are doing, how we enjoy the car, and if we have any questions. Extremely satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend. For all my services no doubt!!'
