I've been with Findlay's since December of 2016. Was with the St. George Hyundai store for almost 7 years before transferring to their Prescott Hyundai store in August. I have a been married to my wonderful wife since 2009 and we have 3 amazing children, two girls and one boy. Prov 3:5-6; Jn 3:16.

Not very impressed with the service or price. I came to you from prescott Honda thinking my huyundai would get better service, I was mistaken. For about the same price I got the car washed and th I came to you from prescott Honda thinking my huyundai would get better service, I was mistaken. For about the same price I got the car washed and the inside vacuumed out. I was told about a part of the car that couldn't be repaired and the trans would have to be replaced to the tune of about 6 grand. I would sell it before I paid that. I owe less than that on the car. If this cars trans has a problem like that after 57 k miles I should have never bought it. More

Took a week to pick up the car that we bought . It was a trade in so still needed to be detailed and inspected and have the windshield replaced. . After a week they told us that the car was finally ready. Looked like they only replaced the windshield though. It wasn’t even washed. Kind of disappointing. Nothing against the salesman who was very nice and knowledgeable. . It’s not his fault. I feel like they should have a branch manager or supervisor who does a final check on the vehicles after supposed engine inspection and cleaning the interior and the exterior of the car is done just to make sure More

I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. No where in the documents is this stated. After several attempts to return the car, I was given the S.O.L. treatment by the salesman and general manager. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More
