I'm writing about your secondary service dept. The one that prepares trade in vehicles for resale. On March 4th I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Albert, a friendly, very good salesman. The one that prepares trade in vehicles for resale. On March 4th I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Albert, a friendly, very good salesman. He's the one that sold me on the one-owner certified Jeep with the extended warranty. I was looking at another 2020 Jeep in Bemidji, but Albert sold me on yours. He stated that the certification was worth it, but it wasn't completed yet, and it would be ready and totally cleaned up the next day. I gave him two days to guarantee the certification and everything was ready to go. On the 6th, I picked up the Jeep and as Albert promised it was in like new, clean condition. A few days later I checked the windshield wipers and they didn't work both front and back wipers. There was a snowstorm coming and there would be no way of using this Jeep without wipers. I took the Jeep back right away and asked for Albert, but he was out. Talked to Joey the sales manger, explained my situation, ( I thought it might be a fuse because both sets of wipers were out) and he said he would have his service department check it out and get the wipers going. ( My question is how could the Jeep be certified which meant there was 100 plus inspections that was suppose to be done and still no wipers) Any way I waited 2.5 hours and was told by another salesman that they were really busy and hadn't even had the chance to look at it yet and I might need an appointment. So I made one for 9:00 AM Monday and drove the 2020 Jeep home. (43 miles each way by the way). I found out later that the service dept. that was suppose to certify my Jeep and now fix my wipers was told that since it was Friday, they had to get all the trade-ins ready for the weekend sales and that was more important. (More important than a cash paying customer that just bought a certified one owner Jeep under warranty evidently.) The frustrating part of all of this is that I put my 2018 Jeep in cold storage and lowered my insurance on it since I'm the only person driving either of them. Luckily my agent was still in the office and re-insured both Jeeps again so I could drive the 2018 over the weekend in the snow storms. On Monday at 9:00 AM I dropped off the 2020 Jeep and I had a doctor's appointment. When I got back to Corwin about 10:00 AM I talked to Albert and told him what I went through on Friday he was very sorry and asked what he could do. I asked what they found out about my Jeep. He stated that they haven't had a chance to look at it yet because the tech over slept and came in late. Needless to say I got pissed off and told Albert they had 2 hours. At noon they still didn't know what was wrong and that the tech was tracing wires. That's when I went back to Joey the sales manger and he gave me a loaner because the tech said it was going to take the rest of the day at least. The next day I was told that there was a component that was bad and it would take a couple of days up to a week or more to replace since there is only 1 in stock and 3 people are asking for it. (remember this was suppose to be a certified vehicle right?) Since Monday I noticed we were having mixed messages between Albert, Joey, and the service dept. so out of frustration I finally told Albert that I don't trust his service dept. at all, now a week or more to get it done? I want my money back. That's when Joey stepped in again and got the component needed and it was fixed in two days. I truly believe that there is a complete communication problem between sales and that secondary service dept. And this is creating some very frustrated customers. I only hope my 3 months warranty on the 2020 Jeep and the Jeep itself go a lot smother and I can begin to believe in the Certified 3 month warranty and your secondary service dept. Thanks for listening Keith Bosek More

I had a nice visit at corwin Chrysler dodge. Love my new vehicle. However, my only complaint is I did not get a car wash of any sort. Specifically the bed of the truck was full of dirt and oil. On March 3rd I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Corwin that had a Certified Dealer extended warranty which sold me on the Jeep in the first place. The salesman Albert was great. I had to wait for Corwin that had a Certified Dealer extended warranty which sold me on the Jeep in the first place. The salesman Albert was great. I had to wait for two additional days to pick up the Jeep to confirm the certification so I picked it up the 5th. On March 6th I realized that the windshield wipers both front and back didn't work. I drove right back to the dealer and complained that a storm was coming and I can't drive this Jeep without wipers. They said that they were super busy but will look at it. Two hours later, they still didn't even look at what caused it ( could have been a simple fuse). I drove it home without anyone even looking at it and luckily I have a second Jeep to drive over the weekend because of the storms. We set up an appointment for the following Monday at 9:00 AM. In the meantime, I found out the reason the Jeep wasn't looked at in the first place was because they had strict orders to get all the new trade-ins checked over to sell that weekend so they blew me off. ( not happy) Monday I stopped to have them look at the Jeep while I went to a doctors appointment. When I got back around 10:15, I was told that the Jeep wasn't even looked at yet because the service tech. came to work late. (like no one else couldn't look at it.) At 11:30 the Jeep still wasn't diagnosed, but said they were following the wires for the wipers. I said I couldn't wait any longer so got a loaner thanks to Joey the sales mgr. because they thought it would take all day. Well it was late in the day before we found out it was a module and it will come in a day or two. ( this tells me that the 150 point certification process was not done in the first place) The module was replaced and another component had to be replaced too, so it took a total of 3 days before I could drive the Jeep I paid for 10 days earlier. This was a big inconvenience when you consider I had to switch around the insurances 3 times with my agent not to mention my drive times ( I live 47 miles one way out of town) not to mention waiting at your customer service department at least 5 hours. All of this should have been taken care of before I picked up the Jeep in the first place. Please consider better communication between sales and the service dept. that does the certification and run the trade-in through. It would make customers more knowledgable and understanding instead of being angry of buying a produce and then the service is dropped as soon as the check is cashed. Thanks for letting me rant. More

Joey was extremely rude and combative to my face asking me why I wasn’t having a good day, why I seemed upset and so on making me very uncomfortable in front of my kids.
