Peyton was new, but did a great job. The process took way too long, seems like they need more than one manager to approve things. Corwin reaches out too much, I got messages and phone calls asking about what vehicles I was interested in after I had already purchased a car from them. I don't like that your information gets passed to other sales people, this is the biggest reason I as hesitant to even purchase a car through Corwin. When I went to sign the paperwork, the manager hardly even looked at me, just told me to sign here a bunch of times. More

Things go too quickly at Corwin and you will feel rushed. In my case the speed led to miscommunication between sales team and service team resulting in a major misunderstanding/miscommunication and putting t In my case the speed led to miscommunication between sales team and service team resulting in a major misunderstanding/miscommunication and putting the manager (Joey) and my salesman (Leo) in a tough spot between doing what was right and protecting the business. At the end of the day, Joey did what was right and honored the original agreement that got muddied but it saved the deal. I want to think that this Corwin dealership is not as bad as many report, but I think the speed that they move and the other practices of rushing to the sale cause results that are less than desirable. An example of a cut corner was that the miscommunication between sales and service was that instead of confirming that the manager approved spark plug change was instead changed and then miscommunicated as “check spark plugs”. They then checked one of the six available plugs and said “looks good”. Any car person knows that you cannot get an accurate assessment of the plug conditions from CB asking the most accessible plug. I will skip the rest of the details but it left me questioning how they do things and the trustworthiness in the dealership was shaken. While Joey did what was right and they corrected the issue, it still leaves a very sour taste and in general, I would prefer to not do business there again. More

Darren Woullet the general manager and Joey, the sales manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After purchasing nearly 50 cars in my lifetime I have never been treated as horribly as I have been by manager were absolutely horrible to work with. After purchasing nearly 50 cars in my lifetime I have never been treated as horribly as I have been by this dealership. After having a few issues, they refuse to make it right unless I put a stop payment on the check and then they were ready to help. Did not receive one single callback from Darryn the general manager after leaving multiple message is for him and the receptionist saying he was in the office every day. Joey was very rude and condescending as well and loves to talk over people. After five days of trying to get a hold of Darryn I stopped in the dealership and he said he received my messages but had no intentions of calling me back. He was very cocky and condescending and basically asked me to leave the dealership when I brought up my concerns to him. He said he had no intentions of returning any phone calls and that he didn't need to. I expect way more out of a general manager than the crappy, rude, and downright condescending attitude that these gentlemen have towards their customers. I would highly recommend avoiding working with them if possible as most of their negative reviews state the same issues that we have had. My dad who is also part of the transaction also left multiple messages for Darryn with zero calls back from him as well. Will definitely be contacting jeep corporate More
