It is hard for me to say that anyone is perfect- there is almost always room for improvement. But, Joey Chance was so helpful. He seemed honest, trustworthy, and straightforward- which I very much appreciate almost always room for improvement. But, Joey Chance was so helpful. He seemed honest, trustworthy, and straightforward- which I very much appreciate. The finance person was helpful- he was also straightforward and explained what we were doing. They both made the experience almost enjoyable- and I don’t normally enjoy purchasing a vehicle because it seems the salesperson and/or dealership wants to play games with me. They did not treat me that way. Would definitely recommend our salesperson and the dealership. More

Mercer is the best dealership experience we have ever had. Joey is the best salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles and is just an amazing human being.
