I love this dealership but my current experience with service has been less than stellar. Signing up online for appointment I was told I did not do it correctly ok I take that but it happened again when service has been less than stellar. Signing up online for appointment I was told I did not do it correctly ok I take that but it happened again when the service people signed up. Maybe I didn’t do it wrong? Yes when I looked at the text with the appointment it was not the date I signed up for. Could there be a glitch in the system sure. Don’t turn me away 2 times when I have driven 45 minutes to get to you. With previous service experiences both at Mazda and other dealerships I was met in the bay. Not here by the guy who was there when my husband drove up. I have an info light coming up and after inspection they said we don’t find it. However it has come up on 3 days since. My tires were low the first visit and they were still low after inspection. I had to go elsewhere to fill. I have been the owner of 5 Mazdas with no problems but if the service continues to be like this despite having the best salesman ever in Joey Chance I will not own another. We did speak with people at the dealership and were accommodated after the second visit but not before being turned away by the guy at the desk More
