I have already filled out a similar of the same survey but wanted to make sure if you did not get my first survey that you got this one. Cameron did a great job explaining all of the features of the car and getting me a great deal. He made sure he introduced us to Michael and then Michael approved a great price and great trade in value for my 2016 MDX. Joey did a great job too making sure I understood all of the paperwork and got me through the process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jackson Acura to family and friends. Cameron has encouraged me to service my car there rather than go back to Duluth where I purchased my first MDX and had my service done. Cameron was great from the moment we walked into the dealership til the moment I drove out with my new MDX. He has encouraged me to come back with questions and followed up after a few days to make sure I was happy and did not have any concerns. A wonderful experience. More

Recall Experience I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though she said the service would take over an hour, I really didn't mind because I was able to work on my laptop in a private office. The only bad thing about going there is I live almost an hour from the dealership and traffic is always rough. However, they always have appts open on the hour/day I want to come. More
