After I responded, Paul set up a test drive on the vehicle I eventually purchased with Sergei. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the advanced features of the car, Paul followed up with additional pricing information. When I decided this was my choice, Sergei helped me through the process efficiently, including obtaining a competitive trade in value for my Honda CRV. Joey (I think) efficiently followed up with all the business details, No add-on junk or services I didn’t want. Clean and fast closure.
