JJ was fantastic. He made the buying process super easy. I highly recommend working with him. After I was required to watch videos on additional service plans and warranty packages and asked if I wanted them, I told her no. She asked if I was sure, and I told her do not add them because I did not want them. This was after she had told me about my monthly payments which seemed a bit higher than expected but so was my apr. I was not informed that she had already added them before I was done being informed about the packages; even after I told her no multiple times, she did not inform me that she had already added them to my total payments. When she told me what services were included, not only did I ask, but the people with me asked if this was all included in the required Wayne Akers Package and not extra she told us yes and assured us that it was not additional. After a couple of days, I got my loan agreement from the bank and realized that the total amount of the loan was almost $3,000 more than I was initially supposed to have. I called Claudia, who explained that the extra charges were for the packages I added. I explained to her that I said no and confirmed with her multiple times during the original meeting that I was not adding these packages, and my witnesses that were there when I bought my truck said the same thing. Claudia kept saying that maybe it was just a misunderstanding even though I said no multiple times and confirmed that I was not adding these and the included items she explained were not additional fees. I am glad I caught the fact that she added these packages without my consent. Unfortunately, it was not until after I had left and signed for my truck. More
