Worst buying experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. You can't trust her, she will try and get you to buy extended warranties on the vehicle and windshield. Most auto policies already have t dealership. You can't trust her, she will try and get you to buy extended warranties on the vehicle and windshield. Most auto policies already have the windshield protection... so don't fall for it. I could never get her to call back back to go over figures so the Sales Manager called the day of delivery wanting to make sure everything was okay, nope! Extra taxes had been added when we had already discussed the price out the door which would includ everything. He made that adjustment and then the flip side only gave me 1 key fob, so now I'll have to purchase another one....kinda a crappy thing on the part of the dealership to do. More

I was disappointed only 1 key fob was given to me at delivery since there were 2 in the photos of the vehicle, but I think that had to do with the Sales Manager not Jeremy. More

Horrible buying experience - took nearly 4 hours after finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered interior not cleaned or vacuumed. Follow up emails and texts to Used Car management were sent with no responses and had to get the Customer Relations Manager involved to attempt to get any resolution. I have purchased vehicles from this Toyota dealership for over 40 years but will seriously question future dealing with this poor management situation. Adding to the initial review after numerous other issues regarding being overcharged were uncovered after nearly a month. I was overcharged for the title fee which was discovered by the dealership and a check sent. After reviewing my credit card statement I discovered the $1,000 deposit that I was told wouldn't be charged because this was a cash deal was charged to my credit card and I only found out a month later when my statement was received. I had asked the Finance person numerous times if the $1,000 deposit was charged to my credit card I was told no when my paperwork was signed for this cash deal. Again, I had to contact Customer Relations Manager to get the deposit and interest reimbursed to me. A month later my sale and issues have been resolved! I am trying to figure out how so many issues could have occurred in 1 simple sale, a cash transaction no less. More

Purchased a used 2023 4Runner on 12/31/2024 as a temporary vehicle until the new 2025 4Runners Hybrids arrive and made sure the sales people were aware of this. It took nearly a month to get a sati temporary vehicle until the new 2025 4Runners Hybrids arrive and made sure the sales people were aware of this. It took nearly a month to get a satisfactory conclusion to the sale. This particular Used Car Mgr was of little if any help in the process and I had to reach out to the Customer Relations Mgr to get my multiple issues resolved. He would not respond via text or phone calls until I had the Customer Relations Mgr involved. I was at the dealership to have the detailing re-done as part of the vehicle delivery for 2 hours on 1/27 and this manager didn't even bother to introduce himself to me or offer any apology which could have gone a long way to helping turn a negative experience around. I have purchased numerous new vehicles from this Toyota dealership over the past 40 years but after this last situation I will be making my next purchase for the new 2025 4Runner Hybrid once they start arriving at the other Colorado Springs Toyota dealership or have to travel to Denver to the Stevinson Toyota East dealership. This unprofessional management behavior will end up losing this dealership a $65,000 - $70,000 sale. More
