Called about looking for a N-line sonata, was informed that one just dropped off the truck. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by LaMar, he was very professional and helped me every step of the w that one just dropped off the truck. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, so within an hour I was convinced! This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and LaMar made everything very easy. This is by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at any dealership, ever. I tend to dislike the process of looking at and purchasing cars but LaMar made the process much better. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went with the flow, giving me ple purchasing cars but LaMar made the process much better. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went with the flow, giving me plenty of space to consider my options, but was always ready to show me the next feature or car. He must have shown me 5 cars in less than 20 minutes without any hesitation. I honestly had no intention of buying a car that day, but LaMar was able to find a car in the exact color I wanted. Before I knew it we were signing the paperwork. Everyone at Hall Hyundai Newport News was extremely helpful and pleasant to be around, I would not hesitate to come back and work with LaMar again.
