Went in for an oil change. Joel was my service tech. He was wonderful and kept me up to speed on my service and the service recommendations from Honda. To whom it may concern, I’m writing to express my complete and utter frustration with the disastrous experience I had at John Eagle Dealership. From start to finish, your service department showed a complete and utter frustration with the disastrous experience I had at John Eagle Dealership. From start to finish, your service department showed a staggering level of incompetence that wasted my time and left me with zero confidence in your team. To begin with, the service techs—specifically Edgar and Joel—demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and technical skill. Basic issues were either misdiagnosed or outright ignored, and their communication was poor to nonexistent. I had to chase for updates, only to get vague or conflicting answers. As if that wasn’t enough, when I attempted to escalate the issue, I was met with more incompetence from the supposed “Director of Service,” Marcus. Rather than taking accountability or providing any real solution, Marcus did absolutely nothing to help the situation and wasted even more of my time with empty promises and zero follow-through. It’s honestly shocking that someone in a leadership position could be this ineffective. I came to John Eagle expecting reliable service and was instead met with delays, confusion, and a total disregard for my time. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I would strongly caution others from trusting their vehicle with your team. Do better. More

I purchased my van from John Eagle Honda of Dallas, and I’ve always had a great experience with them. When I brought it in for service this time, Joel Vargas walked me through the process clearly, gave me I’ve always had a great experience with them.
