This dealership is exactly what a dealership should be. I live over two hours away and called in advance to make sure the car I was looking for was going to be there. When I got there I met Mr. Cam and he I live over two hours away and called in advance to make sure the car I was looking for was going to be there. When I got there I met Mr. Cam and he took me to the car that he pulled out front in advance since I called. He was very nice and gave me plenty of space to look over the car by myself. I never felt rushed or forced into any decision. Cam was polite and had a good attitude the entire time I was there. When I decided that I wanted the car he walked me through the process and never pressured me into signing any thing. I have never walked away from a dealership feeling great about everything that was done but Cam exceeded every expectation I had. When it came down to going over signing documents Joel assisted me in doing that. He went over everything and answered every question I had. I do love the car and that why I bought it but Cam played a huge role in that decision. More

When it arrived, there were a few cosmetic issues — some bodywork needed on the hatchback and one side — that hadn’t been obvious beforehand. I also ended up needing to purchase a second key fob. While these things weren’t ideal, I have to say I was really impressed with how the dealership handled it. They stayed in regular contact, took my concerns seriously, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. After a few conversations, we found a fair solution that worked for both of us, and they made sure to make it right. At the end of the day, buying a car online can always have a few surprises, but it makes all the difference when you’re working with a professional team that stands behind their customers. I appreciate their honesty, communication, and willingness to work with me, and would definitely keep them in mind for the future. More
