I was greeted as I got out of the car, and Joel Flores was ready to help out. Clint Hill also came out and spoke to us. We were treated very well and able to have a new car that afternoon. Joel is awesome and very knowledgeable of ford and Lincoln products. I went in not really knowing what i was looking for.
