Have always owned Hondas and my family has bought 5 Hondas from Brandfon. My last one I bought I was told I'd receive 2 free oil changes. I received my first then some time later went for the 2nd and t Hondas from Brandfon. My last one I bought I was told I'd receive 2 free oil changes. I received my first then some time later went for the 2nd and they claimed I didn't have another one. Now I know I didn't use it and I know the sales person Joel told me 2 free oil changes. However, the service center refused to give it to me. I couldn't believe it. I know it's minor but to me, it's principle. I'm so aggravated with the situation even months later. I hate giving bad reviews but I don't think what happened was fair especially to a loyal customer. I'd definitely give a second thought on whether I go back to them. Haven't been since. That's how disgusted I am. Sorry, but I have integrity so this situation is a problem for me. More

Worst Customer Service EVER In all of my years I have never dealt with people as incompetent and none customer focused as these individuals, and if I could give them 0 stars I wo In all of my years I have never dealt with people as incompetent and none customer focused as these individuals, and if I could give them 0 stars I would. In particular Chris Paduch and Steve the sales manager, they are basically liars and fit the true example of what people say about used car salesmen. I purchased a car from out of state with my fathers help who lives by the dealership. Due to their paperwork requirements it took them 8 days to release the car after I paid in full in cash on day one. They would not return calls, and even when the package of paperwork was delivered several days late they did not call us to let us know it had arrived even though they knew we were waiting for it. Then after 8 days the told my father the car was ready and when he arrived they made him wait 2 hours more for the car. If you so choose to buy a car here expect that you will be treated poorly and lied to. Remember all dealers offer is customer service the cars are the cars but the service is what matters and Brandfon Honda doesn’t care about their customers. More
