Took my 2019 Cruze with 49,000 miles in for service because the traction stabilizer light came on and it started cutting out. Took it to a local service garage first that told me this should still be c because the traction stabilizer light came on and it started cutting out. Took it to a local service garage first that told me this should still be covered under the emissions warranty which is 8 years 80,000 miles. I did so and after putting it on a diagnostic machine they called me and said it was a PCV valve. I went online and researched the cost and on the PCV valve I found the cheapest was $75. and the most expensive was $219. They charged me $940.00 along with supposedly numerous other issues and to fix it it would cost $2700.00. Dummy me said fix it because I needed it back. After they supposedly said they fixed, 62 days later the same light came on and it started doing the same thing. Took it back and after putting it back on the diagnostic machine, don't you know they said they checked everything they did came back as good. In the same breath they said it was something different and that it would cost $650.00. Told them do not touch it, I am coming to get it. To compound matters, my daughter has a 2019 chevy equinox with less than 70,000 miles and don't you know that the transmission went and that would be $7,000.00 to $8,000.00 to replace. Of course that was not under warranty as well .I am getting it fixed on Tuesday by the service center I took it to originally. On Wednesday that piece of crap car will be up for sale and I will NEVER get another Chevy again as well as my daughter. Corporate America at its best again. More

Always verify "incentives" before going to dealership!! Be weary of "incentives". While I know all dealerships try to make the incentives as lucrative as possible to lower the price, the lack of transparenc Be weary of "incentives". While I know all dealerships try to make the incentives as lucrative as possible to lower the price, the lack of transparency in what those incentives are seems to be a bait-and-switch scheme to me. For example, they show a Bolt EV listed as $14,000 off MSRP - WOW what a great deal right?! Wrong! They fail to mention anywhere (even the fine print) that this valuation includes the $7500 tax credit which isn't even applicable at the time of sale, meaning the real price is over $8,000 greater than what they are advertising the vehicle for. Even their online "pre-approval" system made it seem as though this was the final purchase price! It took emails from three separate accounts and a phone call to finally get them to spill the beans on this misleading pricing practice. Always double check before wasting your time and gas coming to this location! NOTE: I was contacted regarding this review, left elsewhere. The GIST of the misleading pricing was not addressed. When I found out the actual price of the vehicle, it was indeed $8000 over the price shown on their website, which in turn gets sent to third-party websites, making these vehicles seem like a steal! Not to mention the full $7500 tax credit for Chevy is cut in half at the end of March. After bringing much of this to their attention, I have yet to hear back. More
