My wife and I were trading on a pilot. When we came to do
a pre look Dawson a salesman was helpful. Katie the sales manager came out and tried to get us to deal right then and there. While it is her job she

When we came back to pull the trigger we dealt with Joel. He has a nice calming personality and while negotiating he was respectful and never took anything personally.
I like how the salesman do some of the presenting of possible options and not the finance person. Of course they need to try and sell extended warranties etc…
They present it well and respected any decision I made on what and what not I was willing to buy.
I believe his name was Jeff in finance was also very straightforward.
Clean dealership and whole process was not as time consuming as I have experienced elsewhere.
