Excellent! I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very pro I recently purchased two cars within three months of each other from Garavel Subaru. Both times I worked with Sam Moskow. I found Sam to be very professional and easy going. He helped me find the right car for my sister and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to come back and buy a car for myself three months later. This was the first time that I have bought a used car off of a lot and I was very distrustful at first but Sam quickly won me over. He is a straight shooter. I also enjoyed working with Sam's colleagues in sales; Logan Hankins, Jeff Nunez and Joe Wiatzyk. I have to say I am very impressed with the entire Garavel team. They really surprised me on more than one occasion with their dedication to service and honesty. I did end up bringing my car back in for a minor issue soon after purchasing it and Garavel picked up the bill under their own 90 day warranty that came with the car. The Garavel team took great care of me from the Sam and Logan in sales to Technician that diagnosed and resolved the problems to Maegan Collazo in Service who communicated by phone and email with me to schedule the service. I had the opportunity to test drive before made it through Garavel's own inspection. The car was a trade-in and looked as though previous owners treated it well. Joe insisted that Garavel had to do their own safety inspection and detailing before I could take possession of the car. The Garavel team fixed and replaced a number of items to meet their satisfaction; this was to my benefit. Yes buying a used car... but they took care of some necessary items I would have been doing on my own in the near future. Checkout was made fast and easy by Jose Marin. Just before we were to leave a warning light came on indicating a dead tail light bulb..Joe sent one of the Garavel guys with cash on a mission to find the bulb asap and get us on the road. Nerve wrecking yet exciting! I was looking for Subarus after my recent car accident. I wanted something safe with 4wd and reliable therefore I came across 3 different Subaru deale I was looking for Subarus after my recent car accident. I wanted something safe with 4wd and reliable therefore I came across 3 different Subaru dealerships however, the one that struck out to me was Garavel Subaru reason being low mileages on a certified pre-owned 2015 Subaru impreza at a decent price. I walked into the dealership already knowing what I wanted, I was greeted by very friendly staff and Joe helped me out with my car. Took the car for a test drive and automatically knew it belonged with me. This was my first time ever financing a car and the whole experience to me was very nerve wrecking yet exciting but thanks to the staff at Garavel this experience went smoothly and I felt comfortable with what I was doing. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great car at a decent price along with a friendly and interactive staff. More
