Absolutely horrible irresponsible I bought my car right before covid started I’ve had nothing but issues the car has been in the shop about 10-15 times since for the same issue I had parts order in the be before covid started I’ve had nothing but issues the car has been in the shop about 10-15 times since for the same issue I had parts order in the beginning of July I’ve made about 6 appointment since then to have the car picked up to have the work done Megan has always been wonderful till the last few month I don’t get returned call email nothing they tell me they just don’t have time… I don’t understand how this is ok I pay way to much money for a car that is unsafe to drive. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

From the beginning to the end the experience at Napleton's Northlake was amazing. Napleton's Northlake was amazing. My experience started with a phone call with Joe Ward Sr., a sales consultant at Napleton. The courteous service, knowledge and professionalism from Joe was above and beyond my expectation. Joe spent a few hours with my daughter and I to understand our needs for a new vehicle and our financial boundaries. Joe was very detailed with our options and what would suit our needs. Once we selected a vehicle, Joe Sr. as well as his son Joe Ward Jr. assisted my daughter in the choices she had to pick from with various options.
