Joe had all the paperwork going when I walked in. I was already well on my way to officially getting into my new GTI Sport when I came for my appointment with Joe Walker. Outstanding job from Mr. Walker I was buying my 14th car since 1981 we arrived to the USA. It is the second car i bought here with the help of Mr. Walker. I can tell you it was the best car buying experience ever for me. I research on the NET the VW dealerships Sunday around town (not including Ganley VW at North Olmstead where i had previous bad experience buying and servicing my 2nd VW even they are only few miles from my house), I find a perfect car so next day Monday around 10:30 am I sent an e-mail with my request and details to Mr. Walker. He called me back from his doctor appointment around noon and told me he will see what can he do for me. Around 2:00 pm he called me back and told me the best deal he can give me, also sent me the financial details and we were done, i agreed to the terms. So the next day 2:00 pm with my wife went to pick up our new car and signed the necessary papers. Even that went so well, they explained all the option but without all the sales pressure we experienced every time we bought a car before. It was 3:00 pm when we drive off with our new 2017 Jetta SE from the Bedford VW dealership lot. as i said before it was the best car buying experience ever. We are buying VW since it was the favorite car for my late son and i can tell you for honoring the memories of my son you find a customer for rest of my life. We had a trade with a leaky head gasket, and while the dealership offered a fair price, in the end we sold it to our mechanic for a little bit more. Joe sold a Golf to my husband 3 years ago, so we knew we had a great sales person to deal with. We do not like pressure when in negotiation, and Joe was perfect. His communication was timely, thorough and respectful. He treated me with the same respect and courtesy as he did my husband. I have not always had that experience with dealerships. He bent over backwards to make it possible for us to get the car we really wanted. We will likely buy the car a few years from now, we are so impressed with it. I would highly recommend Joe Walker to family and friends interested in a VW. The Finance Department, however, was not as competent or pleasant. More
