Easy and Quick and I was on the road I was in search of a certified used VW Beetle Convertible and I was searching over most of Ohio to find the right one. I found the right on at Ganley I was in search of a certified used VW Beetle Convertible and I was searching over most of Ohio to find the right one. I found the right on at Ganley Volkswagen and I put in a request online to see the car. I live about 2 hrs south of Ganley Volkswagen and left my home before they were open that day. Joe gave me a call, not too long after they opened, and when I arrived the Beetle was sitting there ready for me to test drive. While I was test driving the Beetle they reviewed my trade. Once I was back we didn't have to do much to get my deal done. Joe was very knowledgeable about his product and made the transaction quick and easy. I spent a total of 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and was very pleased with the deal and how I was treated. Thanks Joe. More

While I generally dread the car buying experience, Joe Walker is the clear exception to that rul I leased a 2018 VW Atlas from Joe earlier this week. While I generally dread the car buying experience, Joe Walker is the clear exception to that rule. I walked into the dealership 30 minutes before closing on Saturday night and Joe spent a full hour with me (30 minutes past closing). He showed me the exact model I was looking for and explained the benefits of each of the models. He was never pushy; he just wanted me to make the best selection based on my growing families needs. After some back and forth via text and email, Joe was able to get me a great deal on the VW Atlas. He walked me through all of the paperwork and, after handing me the keys, spent another 30 minutes showing me all of the features of my new car.
