Excellent customer service Joe explains all work and all costs right down to taxes prior to leaving your vehicle, I'm treated with respect and kindness and all my questions are always answered..the service costs right down to taxes prior to leaving your vehicle, I'm treated with respect and kindness and all my questions are always answered..the service done on my vehicle is always 100% without any issues afterwards. They even give my van a free car wash after each service appointment!! More

Honda of Kenosha is a very good dealership with regards to services received for my Honda HRV. The only thing I was wonder was the car wash complimentary. Service advisor great, sales person need to be educated on extras that were put on and cost. Also no one knows how to pull up the compass. Sold me a certified car with the basic fluids low or empty. They did fill them free of charge but it wasted an hour of my day off. After that appointment I went to get gas and the fuel area under the ga empty. They did fill them free of charge but it wasted an hour of my day off. After that appointment I went to get gas and the fuel area under the gas cap was disgusting. I wasn't going to deal with them and took care of it myself. I did like the sales person I had, but that was about it. Probably will look elsewhere for my next vehicle. More
