Found the service advisor to be condescending. Also,I was advised I was no longer eligible for the shuttle because I was a mile and a half past the 10 mile mark.Had to make arrangements for a ride at the was advised I was no longer eligible for the shuttle because I was a mile and a half past the 10 mile mark.Had to make arrangements for a ride at the last minute because in the past you guys have provided the shuttle to me. The service provided was covered under warranty But I HAD TO ASK if the service was under warranty right before they were gonna let me pay cash for it. More

When I originally had service done it wasn’t done properly, the advisor (Joe) told me to bring it in right away and he would make it right. I brought it in the next day and it was fixed properly!
