Service work done and some not done. We just bought a new Avalon and had some extras added such as Door edge and side protection and new weather tech floor mats. We took it in the night before and they gave us a rental car to get back home. The next day they called us promptly when all was completed and when we came in the paperwork was ready and completed quickly and we had our car back and were on the road. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing they didn't do was to vacuum the floors of the car before they put the mats down and it would have been nice if they ran the car through the car wash. Even when we bought the car, it was not washed and the windshield and sides were dirty?? More
