The truck was fairly priced, I received a reasonable value for my trade, and the entire process – from arrival to driving off – took abou Brookfield. Joe was responsive and helpful from the start, quickly sending a walkaround video, vehicle history, and financing link so I could come in prepared. As long as I liked the truck, I knew I was buying it – and I did. My only constructive criticism is that the vehicle came with just one key. Given how common this is, it would’ve been helpful if the dealership handled programming a second key rather than leaving that to a buyer. Overall, Joe was personable, patient, and easy to work with, which made the experience much more comfortable. A few weeks later, I still love the truck and feel great about the purchase. More

Joe did an amazing job getting us into a quality used vehicle. His ability to get things done in a timely manner keeping things moving allowing us to go through the process and have all our concerns add vehicle. His ability to get things done in a timely manner keeping things moving allowing us to go through the process and have all our concerns addressed. The service department and detail crew did a great job as well. Maybe I'm spoiled but the dealership although the people were friendly, courteous and professional lacked in some of the amenities that are found in other dealerships. More
