Just bought a 2023 Honda Accord HYBRID from Royal. Traded in our 2015 Buick Regal that we had purchased from Royal in 2016. All of our maintenance has been done with them. Royal is, by far, the best dealership that we have ever had. Good work, fair prices and VERY helpful and friendly staff. An employee, and friend, Susan, introduced us to our sales person, Roger Selby. Roger took us under his wing and patiently but very skillfully took us through the anxiety-producing process of decision making. We are TICKLED with our new car! More

Jake and the whole experience was great! We felt welcomed and he kept us updated at all times. The process was shorter than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I want to thank MaryLou Monroe our sales representative, she was wonderful. She did everything I has asked for and then some. Very professional and made you feel like you were special. She even had to change somethings for us for our preference with no problem. I had a couple of minor problems with my Cadillac that she got the reconditioning manager involved to have our problems fixed. I work for another dealer in town and have to say you guys have the right stuff. The sales managers Scott and Joe were great, always helpful.
