Since I am a business owner and strive for excellent customer service, I thought I should share my experiences with others. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help. The service advisor, Becca Vanderhorn is incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I ask a lot of questions, and she answers them patiently. The Service Director, Chris Thorn is also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. When I’m in for service he always comes over and makes sure my needs are being met. In my opinion Chris goes above and beyond to help me out and make sure I’m 100 percent satisfied! Not only is the staff amazing, but the service itself was top-notch. The work was completed efficiently and to the highest standard. What truly sets this service department apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They are transparent about the costs involved and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they made sure I was completely happy before I left. I highly recommend the service department at Causeway Ford to anyone looking for exceptional car care.
