I was looking for a specific car that is no longer available new. Thoroughbred Ford did not have it but they had something similar and I test drove it because they made it very easy to try out. The price was a little higher than I initially wanted, but they provided excellent value by doing work and buying parts to refresh the car, clean it, certify it, and adding warranty coverage which will give me peace of mind for years. I had actually already made a purchase with Carvana and I returned it during their 7-Day window so I could buy from Thoroughbred because they did the work searching and Cole was courteous and trusting and efficient with my time. Joe in finance was also efficient and nice and worked with me to close the deal quickly and easily! I did not expect when I began my search for a used car that it would be enjoyable or easy. I had been working with Tim Parnacott via phone and email for a few months trying to find the exact Super Duty I wanted. After an exhausting search, I couldn't find the truck I wanted. Once the truck delivered to Thoroughbred Ford, I drove to Kansas City to pick it up from California. I arrived a day early which was Tim's day off. Upon notifying him I was in town, he made it a point to come in to complete the deal. From the time I arrived, took a test drive, signed all the paperwork, it had taken about one hour. I have never purchased a vehicle so quickly and effortlessly. Tim Parnacott is an amazing salesman and I would travel the 1500 miles again to purchase a vehicle from him!
