I was in the market for a Acura, but decided to check Honda models and visited this dealership. I was seen by Joe Russo who greeted me and my wife in a very friendly cortueous manner. I could tell he has Honda models and visited this dealership. I was seen by Joe Russo who greeted me and my wife in a very friendly cortueous manner. I could tell he has been in the business for a while and understand the needs of the customer. I test drove two vehicles, he explained details about the car, other available options, trims etc. Seriously, I almost felt I was talking to one of my friends, no pressure, no hussle, just fair honest person. The dealership presence was clean, coffee is superb BTW, and seeing the trend of current times,they had plenty of inventory. At the end of the day I did not purchase a vehicle as I was looking for a specific trim they did not have there or any of their affiliate stores. Nothing the store did wrong, not that they failed strategically, simply we went another brand. Do thank Mr. Russo for letting me test drive a few cars. More

Four weeks ago, I bought a brand new car from a salesman Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a car from Russo. Russo told my friend he sent a $200 referral fee to me, but I never got it. I called the Russo and he said it was not done....his attitude suddenly turned horrible and very bad. I knew he lied to my friend and to me, I never received a check. I wish I never bought a car from him or this location. And I am telling my friends group about my horrible experience. I dislike being lied to and the suddenly rude attitude to me (and my friend) after the cars sales were completed. The process was ok during purchasing of the car. But the Russo completed changed into another person rude and lying after the sales of cars. You would never know how many potential customers you have just lost by doing this. I am not sure if this issue is just this individual salesman being dishonest, or it is the problem of this dealership. But it certainly makes Bommarito look not trust worth. I am waiting to see if Bommarito management would correct this. More
