Yesterday I purchased my first car (2025 Chevy Trax) from my Uncle Joe Rice up at Weber Chevrolet out in Creve Coeur. He definitely took great care of me and the process went very smooth! I would like to compliment the staff at Weber Chevrolet. My husband was looking for a truck and he hates buying a car because he dislikes all the games played to get to the final price. And to make a very long story short, this was the very first time he can honestly say he enjoyed buying his truck. Joe made him laugh, reassured him that he’s got this and will take care of anything we needed. And when something did come up, Joe honored what he told my husband. I also enjoyed Joe. I felt like Joe was our personal assistant helping us get the right truck for a great price, our price. I would definitely want Joe to help me again when looking for another vehicle. And I highly recommend him for others looking for a car. Back to the long story: Well my husband went into the dealership asking for a person who was out of town on vacation(he was referred by someone else). Joe Rice said he would be happy to answer any questions he had and was available to show him the trucks. Well Joe was the 1st salesman that could make my husband sincerely laugh and enjoy the purchasing process. My husband came home later that day saying he found a really good deal on a truck, and he told me that he told the salesman he would bring me back to look at everything. So later we went back to the dealership to meet with Joe. I would like to say when I met Joe he treated me like I was someone very special almost like royalty. He was so polite and offered to drive a truck up front so I would not have to ride on the cart with it being such a hot day. He showed so much respect and manners with me. It was very refreshing, something I had never experienced at a dealership . I thanked him very kindly and told him I would like to see all 3 trucks so I can ride on the cart with the 2 of you. What I like about Joe besides his manners was his wisdom about the trucks and dealership, along with his sincerity he shared with us. He is also a great conversationalist. When it was time to discuss numbers, we told him I do not want to play games, his exact words was yes ma’am. So when he was going to have to go back the second time, I said why don’t you just bring the big boss to your office to stop the back and forth stuff. Joe just smiled, treated me with the utmost respect but also knew I meant business. So I wrote on the paper final offer. Joe came back with a done deal. My husband got the truck. Joe had a family reunion he was to attend and we told him to go and we could finish the other stuff tomorrow. He insisted on staying with us until all his part was completed. He had made this a wonderful experience for us. Then the next favorite person who I would like to share with all of you is Arlene Baca. What she did for my husband and I was priceless. Please do not get rid of her position. I also think that could be a major advantage with your dealership. We see it as one. Now I will explain that I mean. My husband and I are not techi . We hate all the passwords, computer stuff etc…. Well Arlene got us all set up with our GM account for our rewards, and our onstar account for the truck. Well she ran into some glitches that would have taken my husband and I hours to work through. She saved us from the headaches and fighting that would have transpired from the glitches. She got everything done, then she took us to our truck and showed us how to work everything. She set my husbands phone up so he could use it with the truck. All of this is major bonus points for us. My husband has been telling everyone about how Weber has someone assigned to do this job when you buy a car from them. When we bought our last car we were stuck having to watch YouTube videos to learn how to set things up and how to operate it. That is why Arlene was so refreshing for us. She saved us hours of time , and she has a pretty smile along with a fun personality. Hope this review was able to help someone with making a decision. More

After finding out what vehicle and options we wanted he took us directly to the lot to choose between the trucks they had…Never pressured us in any way.. After the sale Weber has Arlene Baca go over every feature in the vehicle to make sure you know how to operate everything. She also set up the mychevy app on the phone. We really appreciated this extra service. Definitely buying from Weber again. More
