I have, indeed, reached out to the Patrick Dealer Group directly. I went back and forth with Enzo Costa and Joe Quaranta from April 2024-December 2024. We actually reached a settlement agreement, as I tried to give the Patrick Dealer Group every opportunity to correct the fraudulent sale.
After being strung along for months, waiting to finalize our agreement, the terms that were agreed upon between Enzo and I were changed by Patrick. I was then given a 5 hour window to sign and return all of the paperwork and contract that was sent to my home, which included releases for Patrick, non-disclosure statements, extra charges, etc. It was a take it or leave it, one sided, no questions asked demand from Patrick. I was being refused a private inspection of the vehicle that I was getting in return or even the ability to visually see it.
I tried, several times, to get ahold of Enzo or Joe to discuss, to no avail. I then received an email from Joe, at the alleged advice of Patrick’s attorney, which simply rescinded our agreement with no explanation or conversation. Joe directed me to contact Patrick’s attorney directly with any questions, by email only. Joe refused to even give me the attorneys phone number.
Both me and my attorney contacted Patrick’s attorney. It took Patrick’s attorney more than a day to finally respond, and only to my attorney. Patrick’s attorney was extremely rude and also refused any explanation, conversation or discussion. He simply told my attorney that Patrick rescinded. When my attorney told him that I would obviously now need to take legal action, he replied.”Do what you gotta do.”
I have all of the original documents that clearly show that the Patrick Dealer Group purchased the vehicle that they sold to us at an announced auction, with severe structural damage and then turned around and sold the same vehicle to us as “Certified” with no damage or accidents. I also have the service records that show we brought the vehicle back to the Patrick Dealer Group within a year complaining of the very issues that were due to a vehicle having severe structural damage. Enzo is fully aware that I have all of these documents. I’m happy to post them all if you like.
The Patrick Dealer Group clearly does not stand behind their sales, or even their own agreements. The Patrick Dealer Group deceives their customers and puts their lives at risk to make a profit. I regret that I have bought 4 vehicles from such a dishonest dealership.

Great people: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a professional, inviting atmosphere. You’ll feel welcomed and probably leave feeling good about your decision.
Who this dealership is for: If you don’t care about costs, never look at a bill, and just want to get work done without thinking about the price, you’ll probably love this place.
But if that’s not you—stay away from this dealership.
While the salespeople are skilled at making you feel good about buying, that’s exactly why it’s dangerous. If you encounter issues after your purchase or want to feel like a valued customer, forget it. They’ll literally take you for a ride.
As someone who NEVER leaves reviews, I’m writing this because I feel obligated to warn others. Do not buy a vehicle here—ever. If this helps even one person avoid the headache I’ve experienced, it will have been worth it.
You’ve been warned.

Update! Zero reply to my email. Doesn’t surprise me, why bother replying at all on here? So it looks like they are working to help. Again- go to these guys at your own risk. What a nightmare.

Try complaining to their offices in Schaumburg. You will get a bigger nothing. It's all about what you get after you write the check which in my case was a disaster.
Stay away. Go to Orloff or Hinsdale. You will get great service there.

Your apology and kind words are appreciated, but your actions and the way you treat a customer after you complete the sale is a whole different story. I contacted you guys multiple times all the way up to the main corner office in Schaumburg and got nothing. Your rude and obnoxious GM was just that and he was there when I bought the car. I complained to RR USA, they sent me to Hinsdale RR. They took care of the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
If you are really interested in knowing who I am, I bought a full size 2022 on December 18th, 2021. Patrick Promise is a Joke.

I left several VMs and 2 weeks later nothing. I have been on hold for over 6 minutes each time only to be transferred to a VM (I have recorded this as proof because it's hard to believe!!!) How is this acceptable!!!! I finally spoke to Ernie and he confirmed my truck is there but NO NOTES NOR NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE?? After 2 weeks. How does this even happen?
