Super amazing dealership! Staff was very professional and helpful, from Jake the salesman to Joe, the general manager! All made sure that we got the best deal on the brand new Staff was very professional and helpful, from Jake the salesman to Joe, the general manager! All made sure that we got the best deal on the brand new car as well as the trade allowance for my old car. Jake was very thorough in going over all the dashboard features before we left the dealership and followed up several times the following week to see if we had any questions or concerns. I had a very good experience with Jake Pantone. I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out v I just wish I had looked more closely at the extras in the Trax. I’m not happy about the front passenger seat as I am 4’11” tall and cannot see out very easily. I know a pillow would help but at my age sitting on a pillow is not the most comfortable thing for me. I don’t expect to keep this car very long. I will probably go back to buying Buicks. SORRY More
