We honestly weren't sure what type of SUV we were go From the moment we walked in the door at Lexus of Brookfield, we were treated exceptionally well. We honestly weren't sure what type of SUV we were going to purchase, but after seeing and sitting in the Lexus at the Auto Show, we really wanted to check out the Lexus. We were greeted with a smile and handshake by Dale Roeglin. His energy and genuine love of his products beams through his smile. He answered every question. He made us feel like we would truly be cared for by their dealership. When we left the dealership (without purchasing), we felt like we really wanted to purchase our vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield. By the time we got home, we called Dale back and told him we were REALLY interested in the 2018 pre-certified 300 NX that he had shown us. Mind you, we almost bought the 2019 but realized that the 2018 had everything we needed and with only 9K miles, it was a beautiful vehicle with a great price. Fast forward a couple days, and we returned to purchase our vehicle. My husband, who ALWAYS gets buyer's remorse when he makes big purchases, had NO buyer's remorse! No tossing and turning...he slept like a baby!!! No questioning if he was doing the "right thing." When we picked up our vehicle, it was spotless. The service department had it looking brand new. The bow on top and roses were over the top AMAZING! Jordon Klein filled us in on all the details in the finance department. Wade Schumacher explained all the basics inside the vehicle....in layman's terms so we could understand it! Wade made us feel comfortable with all the electronics and controls. We were introduced to just about everyone! Thanks to Dale Roeglin and everyone at Lexus of Brookfield, we came as potential buyers and left as family! By the way, the car is super comfortable, beautiful, and everything we could have ever dreamed of! We LOVE it! More

I've just been winging it my self but it's so much better and safer to know what you're doing when driving, Wade was very patient and thorough when explaining to me how to access and use some of the options to make it a more pleasurable driving experience. Wade was great and a natural teacher. He would be great in a classroom as well as in the passenger seat of a Lexus. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and not stupid. I hope that I can remember most of it but coming back is an option. He is a real access to the Lexus dealership. More

I arrived late after my service call up the hill and even though I felt bad, Wade seemed only interested in making my visit special. He got me a water and we headed for the car. He gave me his undivided attention to every detail I was asking about. He is pretty amazing in how he explains the workings of the on board computer. He explains things in an easy, methodical manner that takes it from overload of the brain to "Now that makes sense" and leaves you with the rationalization to do it yourself without ever making you feel like "man, I'm dumb". He never rushed through anything and made sure i had all my questions answered on my time and at my speed. Thanks Wade for a job that exceeded my expectations and Lexus of Brookfield has a Gem in You!! More

Jordon in finance took his valuable time to help us with a cell phone issue that we were having, providing valuable service beyond the sale of the vehicle. Exceptional Customer Service We went into the Lexus of Brookfield to look at a RC350. They did not have that available for a test drive. There was a RC300 in the showroom. Warranty repair that took 2 weeks Went in for an oil change on Monday November 26, 2018 only to learn that I had a oil leak which was covered under warranty, the repair would require r Went in for an oil change on Monday November 26, 2018 only to learn that I had a oil leak which was covered under warranty, the repair would require removal of the engine , Jake my service advisor said that they could have it fixed by Thursday or Friday at the latest (3 to 4 days) . Received a call on Thursday that one of the people working on the car had a family issue, Jake told me that the car would not be done till Monday, while not what I wanted to hear I was acceptable to the delay. Monday came around and another call from Jake letting me know that my car would not be done due to the need for it to be inspected by Lexus and that the car would not be done till Thursday or worst case Friday. Thursday my wife talked to Jake only to learn that my car would not be done before the weekend. Sent an E-Mail to the Executive GM expressing my dissatisfaction with the delay, no response for the better part of the day, then I had calls from the service manager who couldn't understand what the problem was since they provided me with a loaner (not equal to what I drive), so I called Lexus zone office and told my story, then a call from their loyalty manager, and then an E-mail from the GM neither of which that indicated that they were appalled at what had transpired, all they were interested in was trying to justify the delay due to not having the properly trained person available to complete my repair. The bottom line is my dissatisfaction was nothing to them until I contacted the zone office. Once I told them that I would be writing a negative review there is an all out effort to smooth things over including service gift cards and a complementary detail service, which I will not accept as to me its bribery to prevent a negative review. This service center does not have a grasp on customer service and truthfull communication to the customer. When this dealer was under Jack Safro this would not have happened, now its just a big corporate entity that feels it has the right to abuse the customer. Find someplace else for your service work!!! More

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I called to talk to one of the salesmen about an important question, I was on hold for a very long time. I also never was able to reach anyone I had dealt with so I actually had to make an extra trip there to talk to the person(s) I was looking for. Other than that, it was a great experience all around. The car I purchased was a surprise gift for my wife and she is so thrilled about her new vehicle. The staff at this dealership helped make this happen without a hitch. More
