My 5th Toyota from Heritage—the positive experience continues! Joe was thorough, kind, cooperative, informative. He gave me 2 important pieces of information about moving to a Plug-in Hybrid.; one w continues! Joe was thorough, kind, cooperative, informative. He gave me 2 important pieces of information about moving to a Plug-in Hybrid.; one was that I could just get the Rav4, take it home, plug it i to a wall outlet, then interview electricians to decide if I want to upgrade to Level 2. The other favor he did fir me was to program my phone— a big deal for an elder! Thank you, Joe! More
