Went in interested on a trade in and our representative was great, until this xxxxxx bag came along and was completely unprofessional in every way. Under valued my trade in, tried to degrade me. Never had such a bad experience at a dealership in my life. STAND CLEAR of this xxxxxxx who has the attitude of one that goes home and beats his wife.
