Joe Micoletti was very thorough in talking about the cars, showing me what was available and overall making it a good experience. I was very nervous as it had been 12 years since I had purchased a vehicle and he was great about explaining the details and answering my questions. There was no pressure and it was a warm environment. Louie in the Finance Office was very friendly and good about explaining the financing and getting through the paperwork. I left feeling I had a great car and a great deal. Since I left Joe has been in contact with me a couple times asking if I had any questions about the car or the process. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new (or used) car. More

Tim Hanson made the business portion of the deal seamless and quick. He has a great personality, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. After checking the local dealerships for an SUV, we saw one advertised on Tucson Subaru's website. After reading the detail and checking the Car Fax, we drove to town to look and test drive. My wife has back problems and the instant she sat in the driver's seat she found the support and comfort. After a long test drive in the 2013 Subaru Forester, we were sold on its power, comfort, smooth ride and features. Our salesman, Jim Micoletti, was patient and totally knowledgeable about Subaru and very hospitable. We closed the deal, paid, and drove it home.that afternoon. The more we drive it the happier we are with our choice. Tim Hanson was also helpful in pointing out optional packages, like a security system, and extended warrenty. Very kind and cheerful in dealing with us. It is a very low milage vehicle, under 4,000 miles and has a full warrenty, is clean and spotless, inside and out. The reason WORK is not rated, is because no service other than detailing was done. It was sparkling when we got in it. Thank you for a pleasant transaction. Call Joe if you are looking for a new or used Subaru. There is a great selection of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot.
